My husband and I went on the October long weekend with our dog and it was a very good experience. The communication with the person in charge of management has been great from minute one, he made it easier for us to check-in (we arrived quite late due to the trip), he offered us a map of the city and recommendations. The apartment is small but very functional, you don't need anything else. Everything is clean, normal decoration, spacious bathroom and great location. It is a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral and in the neighborhood there is a churrería right in front (I recommend it), a bar (I also recommend it) and a mercadona. There is a blue zone in the parking lot but there is also a white zone nearby. To put some "but" the pillows were too soft for our taste, but come on, you sleep well. I recommend the accommodation, when we return to León we will repeat.

Very well equipped apartments, even so if you need anything the owner will provide it without problem, comfortable beds, noise-free rooms, elevator. Excellent location, a walk from the center of León, a very quiet area, with nearby spaces in the ORA-free area, you can leave the car and don't worry since you are walking everywhere. Mercadona in front and churrería downstairs, everything perfect. Super comfortable and simple check-in and check-out system. To return without a doubt.

The location we were looking for, adequate price.... We arrived late and access was easy. Horrible detail when on Sunday morning we received a message saying that we could not party at night and that they had had complaints during the night about the party that we were supposed to have had with other people. That if they had formal complaints, they would take action. Gentlemen, there was no party in our apartment, we also suffered it even though we did not call to complain. I thought it was a horrible detail and we didn't receive a single apology. If they receive calls with these types of complaints, they should stop by their establishment and check what is happening and not throw darts in the air. Owner response. If entering at 9:00 p.m. is entering at dawn, I don't see it that way. And indeed the requests were accepted, exchanging an apartment for a room... Perhaps the change was for the interest of both. I repeat again, make sure who had the party and who brought people who were not registered into your facilities... And don't throw balls away.
